We maintain the right to refuse a sale to anyone at anytime.

If we feel that it is not the PERFECT home for our fur babies, a refund will be discussed but never guaranteed. These puppies are one of our own until they are adopted and we make sure they will be taken care of!

 

ALL buyers will be required to review and sign our puppy contract(s) BEFORE a deposit can be placed. We do this to ensure that everyone is well advised of what we expect from you and what you can also expect from us. The puppies best interest is our #1 priority!

All buyers will be required to sign our spay/neuter contract and will not

receive their registration application until I have proof of alteration from your veterinarian.

We sell our puppies with breeding rights to approved homes ONLY!

If you are an established breeder that is interested in one of our puppies

for your program, please feel free to call or email me.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy. Arrangements for the balance of your puppy will be made by the buyer and breeder prior to transfer. No personal checks will be accepted unless mailed and cleared two weeks prior to transfer. At time of transfer we are willing to meet within a reasonable distance at our earliest convenience. We do require a fuel reimbursement for the drive and could also charge a delivery fee dependent on the distance. Any fees added to the price of the puppy will be agreed on by both parties before delivery takes place.
